Specifically, I work hard to: Raise the firm’s profile among potential clients and the general public Increase potential clients’ trust of the firm Make contacts with the community’s decision-makers Increase public perceptions that the firm shares the community’s values Introduce our attorneys to influential decision-makers Gain greater understanding of the important organizations in our community Help maintain and foster current client and firm relationships Discover opportunities for existing clientsAll of which ultimately helps increase revenues for the firm and its attorneys.The specific functions I regularly perform include: Attend meetings of business groups Attend city and county government meetings Attend community events Assist with special events and projects organized by the firm Assist with community and charitable events designated by community and elected leaders Act as a brand messenger who can explain the goals and accomplishments of the firm Gather information about the community and its leaders Alert the firm to new business opportunities in the community Assist the firm’s political-giving group Work with various levels of governmental agencies and departments Relationship management
