His areas of expertise include development of strategic office real estate plans, market research, trend analysis, transaction strategy, financial analysis and leverage negotiations. As a Corporate Managing Director in Savills Studley’s San Francisco office, Michael has been integral in helping build the team into the premiere tenant representation only practice in the Bay Area.
