   Provide strategic leadership for global operations with $10M annual budget. Direct team of nine (9) Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) Squadron commanders, their leadership teams (comprised of Chief Nursing, Medical Readiness, and Administrative Officers; Directors of Operations and Training; and Standards and Evaluations Chief), and extended workforce of 1,100. Prepared rolling 2-year budget forecasts (Program Objective Memo / Budget Estimate Submission) and 30-day variance reports for resource advisors and financial manager Validated 1K mission readiness airlift requirements tracking 26K passengers, 20K tons cargo, 2,800 sorties and over 10K flying hours. Managed 25 vendor relationships, including timeliness, quantity, and quality of 100 national SKUs. Facilitated annual meetings for 63 individuals from squadron leadership teams; reviewed past performance as well as future strategic objectives. Saved $160K and 780 person-days by negotiating preferential access to training and implementing standardized processes for Aeromedical Evacuation Squadrons. Led project that convened 15 stakeholder groups (extended team of 86) that developed and implemented new approach to training to expedite advancement for enlisted AE technicians. Coordinated updates to 47+ AF regulations / instructions / manuals to eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies; effected 100% approval through four (4) levels of adjudication within 30 days.
