When I started in 2015 as Technical Director for content production, I trained a team of college interns to operate AV and live streaming equipment in multiple venues and oversaw multiple Chamber Music Institute (CMI) events each day in person and online.As of 2022, I have continued overseeing the streaming production of CMI events, but focus primarily on producing the livestreams for the paid events for a remote audience in three venues at Menlo. Each season this results in a catalog of approximately 45 videos. In show I am running my four camera robotic camera system and switching between them on the fly while streaming to a paying online audience. I collaborate with the marketing team and production teams to manage the catalog of events, but I most enjoy the artistic process of operating the cameras and switcher during the concert programs.
