Performed structural engineering design, engineering computer analysis, construction services and structural condition assessments for water, wastewater, and storm water infrastructure, particularly for reinforced concrete structures including desalination facilities, high-pressure treatment cells, and buried storage facilities. Initiated and grew a structural condition assessment group that is considered a corporate center of excellence experienced in the field assessment, repair, and retrofit of reinforced concrete structures for both water & wastewater treatment facilities and historic gravity dams. Developed extensive experience in the analysis, design and construction of buried reinforced concrete tank structures ranging in size from under one million gallons to more than 115 million gallons. As technical lead, provided structural engineering design oversight, quality assurance, and value engineering for hydraulic structures throughout North America, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.
