   Mr. Maholick currently focuses on leading the firm’s Transportation Services Divisions. He directs the day-to-day operations of the company-wide technical staff while managing the company\'s targeted business metrics and performance. Most recently his experience has expanded to include alternate project delivery methods and strategies; Public-Private Partnership & Design-Build Pursuits as well as Asset Management Strategies on the program level. He leads a core group of company executives advancing the development of new sector growth opportunities, emerging markets and geographic expansion. Mr. Maholick has specialized experience in Corporate Operations, Project Management and Highway and Structural Engineering. His experience ranges from a broad base of technical design work to hands on inspection and construction expertise to project management. He has completed the design and management of numerous small and large scale capital improvement projects. His experience spans the spectrum of project concept development, funding strategies, environmental clearance, final design, construction management and alternative project delivery. His capabilities include proficiency in Program & Project Management, client coordination, design oversight, QA/QC, budget tracking and forecasting and scheduling.
