   Michael is a Senior Tax Manager in the Boca Raton/Fort Lauderdale/Miamii Tax Practice focused on Federal Corporate Taxes and flow-through entities, such as LLCs, partnerships and S Corporations.Michael has approximately 18 years of experience working with Corporate Tax Matters, which include FAS 109, FIN 48 and tax planning and tax compliance services. He has spent the majority of his professional career working with Big Four firms, focusing on the healthcare, banking, large investment partnerships and real estate development industries. Michael also has extensive experience working with closely held family businesses and their owners. He also spent five years in the private sector as a business manager in the entertainment industry and as a tax director in the telecommunication industry.Michael currently represents a variety of public and private business clients in the southeast and predominately in Florida. His client portfolio includes real estate developers, manufacturers, distributors, and banking and health care institutions.
