I remain an enthusiastic advocate for engaging in a coach-like approach to support others in their goals and growth. My journey and passion with coaching started in 2013 when I completed the 5-5-5 training. Ever since I have actively engaged in annual coaching education, triad facilitation, and now delivery of COTBx (Coaching out of the Box). I thoroughly enjoy working with other facilitators supporting each other with online delivery of COTBx to Northern Health staff. As a Certified Graduate Coach I am now focusing on completing the Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coach Foundation.
