Bevor Michael Ludwig 1990 in die Implantologiebranche wechselte, arbeitete er einige Jahre im Vertrieb und Marketing eines internationalen Dentalunternehmens. Im Mai gründete er zusammen mit Dr. Axel Kirsch, Gunter Thielen und Thomas Hölper die ALTATEC Medizinische Elemente GmbH & Co.KG. Er trug maßgeblich zum Aufbau des Unternehmens und zum Erfolg des CAMLOG Implantatsystems bei. Von 2004 bis Ende 2019 war er Geschäftsführer der CAMLOG Vertriebs GmbH und Mitglied der Geschäftsführung der CAMLOG Gruppe. Von 2020 bis 2023 war Michael Ludwig als Berater für CAMLOG und die Global Dental Surgical Group von Henry Schein tätig. Im September 2023 wurde er beim VfB Stuttgart 1893 e.V. in den Vereinsbeirat gewählt.Michael Ludwig joined the implantology industry in 1990, he worked for several years in sales and marketing for an international dental company. From 2020 to 2023, Michael Ludwig was a consultant for CAMLOG and Henry Schein\'s Global Dental Surgical Group. In September 2023, he was elected to the club advisory board at VfB Stuttgart.
