Collaborates with the Regional Director of Operations and partners with peer DCOMs and Global Program Managers to drive and implement consistent programs at all Microsoft datacenters globally- Oversees the build out, onboarding and operationalization of new datacenter capacity- Directs the incident and outage process to ensure proper root cause analysis and appropriate follow-up with affected site contacts- Empowers a culture of safety, security, resilience, and compliance in all aspect of datacenter activities- Builds, leads, manages multidisciplinary operations and support teams of high-performing individual contributors and their ongoing talent development- Manages and oversees datacenter site services, critical environments, logistics, security, and deployment operations- Collaborates and coordinates with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of service levels- Analyzes production operations and initiates corrective actions to ensure operational stability- Initiates and establishes quality standards for the Datacenter teams and manages those initiatives through to completion- Leads through change by bringing clarity, generating energy and delivering success
