1. Senior Producer of the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show

   As the senior producer at the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show, I oversee the creation of our brand new, daily TV-quality sports streaming show that included, but was not limited to its format, design & content, to its production delivery.I supervise & manage a production & talent staff of 15 people. I also work with our EP to book guests & coordinate in-studio interviews.I produce, shoot & edit original content specifically for Tegna\'s digital & social channels, as well as the show & its social media platforms utilizing SEO practices.I work with Tegna\'s C-Suite marketing & analytics teams to meet monthly sales & audience growth goals.In our first 100 shows, we surpassed 2.5 million views on our YouTube channel, subscribers and followers on our social media platforms. We eclipsed 10 million views & subscribers in our first year.In August of 2023, we set a new bar for ourselves after hitting the view mark for the month. According to YouTube\'s internal data, only 0.4% of YouTube channels have ever done that.In 3 years, we have surpassed 40M views and subscribers on the channel.
