I have 16 years of restaurant and hospitality experience. I have dedicated the recent 5 years to coaching, mentoring and working alongside executive level business leaders. I\'ve had the priviledge to lead restaurant start-ups, manage corporate ownership transitions, train and consult proven entrepenuers to the language of the Quick-Service Experience. I have been driving Operational Excellence at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, overseeing performance, quality, and profitability for a growing $14.2billion corporation throughout restaurants and situations across the nation. My experience in leadership coaching to provide insight, empowerment, encouragement and feedback to emerging leaders in business. My passion is helping others achieve their goals. I enjoy continuously learning and teaching the language of business. The best way to do this is by focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality and providing a caring service to our guest(s).
