I am a lawyer with an active trial and appellate practice based in Nevada, Oregon, and elsewhere. My clients are some of the country’s largest and most recognizable brands in several industries. I am solution-oriented. Whether preparing for trial or appeal, or searching for alternative dispute resolution options, the goal is to find a resolution to the dispute.I\'m active in several professional organizations, both locally and nationally. I\'ve has presented at numerous conferences across the country, including RIMS and CLM\'s Annual Conference. From 20••••20 I wrote Compelling Discovery, a blog that discussed appropriate civil discovery and sought to minimize rapidly rising discovery costs. The ABA Journal selected the blog three times as one of the top 100 legal blogs in the country. I\'ve also been published repeatedly in various trade journals about best practices for favorable resolution of client matters.I\'m AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. I was also elected president of Las Vegas Defense Lawyers in spring, 2024.
