I lead and execute systems design for wide range of facilities in sectors including hospitality, government, corrections, institutional, education and health care. Services include facility assessment and analysis, Total Building Commissioning Services (both New and Retro), Failure analysis and Program management. As an Engineering Consultant, my responsibilities extend across the U.S. and serve mid-size and Fortune 500 clients. Since 2012, I have contributed to over 20 major projects and led the design of low voltage systems that employ: Program Management Data Management Telecom Access Control Life Safety Security (and more) On new construction and renovation projects I am charged with the execution of four phases for each project: Schematic Design Design Development Contract Documentation Contract Administration Some of the notable new projects in which I have contributed include: Hyatt Hotel – GA City Springs Government Center – GA Coal Township Correctional Facility – PA Lawson State Student Center – AL Santa Barbara North County Jail – CA Peyton Cook Maximum Security Forensics Hospital - Ga GBI Savannah Crime Lab - Ga (More details available in the Projects section.) I lead projects with high degree of precision preventing downtime and providing continuity for the client. Stakeholders can also depend on me to meet strict deadlines and budget requirements. I attribute these successes to meticulous planning, swift development of solutions, and a background in managing multiple property types as well as managing manufacturing, engineering and field service organizations. Staff management and training are also key in my role. I quickly develop skilled Engineers and Technicians, cultivate positive work environments, and inspire autonomy.
