Oversee all aspects of technology and data evaluation in support of educational equity work at Marin Promise Partnership (a social impact community collaborative). High-level participation in securing foundation and individual grants, as well as driving organizational strategy. We are a small team, so I still roll up my sleeves and do the work (developing databases and data visualizations, writing code, etc.).I also serve on various committees for our national network (StriveTrogether) to provide mentorship and strategic direction for 70 communities across 30 states and Washington, D.C
