Balancing Efficient and Effective have always been focal points in my career, and just like you would expect, it is not easy! Specializing in Business Analysis, both at a Strategic and Detailed levels, has served me well in this balance by helping me focus on bigger picture goals while knowing the right details to drive towards to successfully making them happen. I can always relate to the idiom of ’Not seeing the forest for the trees’ (and vice versa.) But at the end of the day, all the analysis in the world only gets you so far without working with other people. I excel at building trusted partnerships and relationships to help realize all our goals…together. Most recently as a Project Management Office Professional (Leader) with a strong business analysis background, I was successful in leading my team in implementing a new adaptive, interactive PMO Framework. The ability of setting our big picture objectives and making a plan to realize it was driven by the detailed needs of the end-users: together we ensured that the right product was delivered and that it added value. We created processes, tools and templates, systems that were fit-for-purpose, targeted, and intuitive, and we changed hearts and minds by providing right sized quality and standards while removing non-value added bureaucracy.
