Implemented RingCentral for our standard office team communications. Lead the effort to implement KoreAI Conversational ChatBot and Voice platform for our customer service organization. ServiceNow – Implemented a new platform for a startup organization to manage incidents, change management, vendor management, and risk management. AWS Programs – Lead the effort to build out AWS environment and went live within 8-months. Responsible for our overall AWS compute platform from services, contracts, environments, and ongoing cost-related activities. As AWS usage grows, we implemented many programs like Reserve Instances, Compute and ERP Savings plans. Manage Contracts and Service Agreements – Lead all technology-related vendor investigation and negotiation on contracts on software, technology service vendors, and outsource vendors. Facility Manager – Lead the effort to build out the office space with all technology, conference room, office spaces, and other non-technical components.
