Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and serve as a technical resource to manage a 100 user networkincluding servers, switches, and user machines. Maintain hardware and software systems, to include patching and troubleshooting connectivity or access challenges; support IA data calls; review system logs for potential issues requiring resolution; provide customer support for supported systems; perform user account management functions; maintain configuration control and configuration processes for adding / modifying systems; support IA activities to include system patching, POA & M review and mitigation, and (re)accreditation efforts.
