ABOUT MICHAEL LIPPOLD

Since founding FreshRealm in 2013, Michael Lippold has led his company toward realizing its mission: to power the food industry to deliver Fresh Meals to everyone, every day, everywhere. Michael’s experience in strategic development and his unique industry perspective have helped him pioneer his vision to deliver an integrated, end-to-end solution that enables FreshRealm’s partners to innovate their Fresh Meals offerings while enjoying the benefits of scale at a fraction of the cost. Under his leadership, FreshRealm provides unmatched fresh scale, culinary expertise, fully customized meal options, and efficient nationwide operations and supply chain for fresh, high-quality meal products. As CEO, Michael’s job is to keep all this positive momentum moving forward – leading his team to help their partners deliver a solution for fresh meals at scale. A Minnesotan through and through, Michael is an avid supporter of all of his hometown\'s sports team. When he’s not wholeheartedly devoted to being part of a better food-centric solution, he spends his days optimizing his own personal nutrition and health, and as a husband and father.
