I have been working in commercial/residential construction with a focus on Estimating for 18 years. I spent many years estimating and drafting/coordinating/purchasing for commercial millwork projects from 100k-2.5mil. I am skilled in contract administration/review and bonding/insurance policies as well as LEED. Later in my career I was involved with several ERP/MRP implementations. I love to see companies evolve into the world of data and automation and reap the benefits.I enjoy taking on the challenge of learning something new and I am skilled at finding the most efficient way to learn it. I have spent thousands of hours researching and learning about the construction industry and woodworking. I have a high level of attention to detail. I can see through the fluff and focus on the target. I have been exposed to almost every type of construction project format over the years. I was trusted by several top contractors to work on design builds and high level budgets through class D to tender.The software suites I have the most experience with and have high level skills in are: Bluebeam (Using since 2010), Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, Autodesk Inventor/Revit/Autocad, Solidworks, Microvellum, Mozaik, Sketchup, Various ERP/MRP Software Packages, SQL Database systems, Microsoft office suite with advanced excel/access skills, Crystal Reports with the ability to make/modify reports pre year for older software.I\'m always up for a chat and I love to help people.
