ABOUT MICHAEL LINDSEY

An accomplished leader in the healthcare staffing industry with a passion for making things better, one patient at a time. Michael joined UD in January of 2023, bringing with him over twenty-five years of experience in physician recruitment, business development, and executive search in the healthcare industry. Michael’s unique gift for vision and strategy has been instrumental in the success and creation of multiple staffing organizations. He co-founded MDA Interactive which is now owned by Cross Country. Serving as SVP at MDA he was a founding member of the healthcare vertical acquired by Headhunter which is now the healthcare portal for CareerBuilder. He is also a frequent lecturer on physician recruitment at medical conferences and residency programs throughout Canada and the US and was featured in a documentary on Canadian immigration to the US. Michael resides in Alpharetta, Georgia where he closely monitors trends in healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Georgia State University – J.
