Led negotiation discussions with builders on lot purchase agreement contracts relating to lot pricing, purchase of lots, deposits, and timing of lots to be purchased by builder. Developed and created new business excel proforma model to assess each development profitability, while incorporating different variables: Investor Equity Partner Capital Required, Private Credit Lending Terms, and Development Life Cycle related to infrastructure costs. Worked to procure new debt lenders and work with existing lenders for each development as needed. Work primarily with Executive Leadership of Company to continue to grow business across the Carolina regions. Manage and supervise (2) direct reports, financial analysts, which comprise the team to maintain proformas for over 60+ projects.
