As Head of the Biochemistry Platform - Analytical Sciences, I lead a team of Scientific Unit Heads, Scientists and Technologists in developing, qualifying, validating and executing electrophoresis, chromatography, mass spectrometry-based tests as well as general/compendial tests in support of clinical vaccine development, release and stability as well as support licensed product investigations and process improvements. Our group employs HPLC/UPLC with a variety of detectors (UV, FLD, CAD, RI, MALS), CE, microcapillary immunoassay, LC-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy, Total Protein (BCA) and kit-based chemical tests.
