   Leads proposal operations organization across multiple business sectors. B&P Lead for DoD and Civilian proposal efforts includes managing proposal personnel (team of proposal managers, writers, coordinators, and graphic artist), allocation and planning for resources, development budgetary planning/assessment for Capture and B&P pursuits, and opportunity gate review processes. Develops and supports Capture planning efforts in conjunction with Business Development resources, often taking lead in development of Capture Plan content and leading Capture planning efforts. Responsible for the development and implementation of color review processes.Management of proposal efforts, including management of multiple, concurrent bids in conjunction with proposal team leadership responsibilities.Lead proposal teams made up of technical SMEs, account executives, project managers, pricing professionals, supply chain support, contract administrators, and 3rd party suppliers.Efforts support the full lifecycle of proposal development and delivery—e.g, requirements definition, scheduling, support of and development of statements of work (SOWs) and external data calls, review and compilation of proposal inputs, graphics conceptualization and rendering, leadership and participation in color reviews, and proposal production.Support of product, services, and R&D bids, including large system integration efforts and highly technical, innovative solutions.Developed/documented proposal operations and processes, including proposal evaluation metrics.Responsible for development and delivery of proposal team training program, leadership and mentoring, and evaluation of and goal setting for proposal team staff.Counseling, performance improvement, and hiring/termination of staff.
