Joint Qualified Officer and former Deputy Commander, Joint Planning Support Element, Joint Enabling Capabilities Command at Naval Station Norfolk. Commanded the 407th Air Expeditionary Group in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Combat veteran of Operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve and a graduate of the National Defense University\'s Joint Advanced Warfighting School.
