About Michael Lauria
I am a former USAF Pararescueman and Critical Care/Flight Paramedic, now EM/EMS/Critical Care physician at the University of Washington. I also serve as the Associate Medical Director and an active Flight Physician for Airlift Northwest, our critical care transport program. My primary areas of academic interest include Human Factors, Engineering Psychology, human performance in resuscitation of critically ill or injured patients, and critical care in the prehospital and transport setting.
