   As head of the Cloud COE team, my primary focus has been to bring Envestnet into the cloud. I initially focused on implementing an AWS foundation through a multi-account strategy to ensure individual teams and business units would maintain autonomy, without sacrificing key security and cost controls. After the AWS foundation was in place, our team shifted focus to identifying and accelerating opportunities for migration, with an emphasis on a lift-and-shift strategy.
