Coordination with local management, area supervision and other applicable departments in the scheduling of required PSM/RMP compliance requirements in accordance with the OSHA/EPA required time frame. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• PSM SME for the San Juan Basin Region.• Manage the Management of Change process to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.• Participate and/or facilitate Steering and Sub- committee meetings to determine effectiveness of the PSM/RMP Management Systems.• Development and implementation of a SharePoint point of use library containing all process safety information (PSI) in accordance with OSHA 19•••19 for each covered facility. • Assist with the performance of Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) of all newly installed or modified equipment. • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate Process Hazard Analyses utilizing ABS Consulting LEADER™ 2015 software. • Coordinate and supervise the activities of contract PHA facilitators if applicable. • Conduct internal PSM regulatory compliance audits at covered facilities.• Provide support and Company representation during external PSM/RMP inspections.• Ensure federal and state regulatory PSM/RMP registrations are current and resubmissions filed in a timely manner.• Track all recommendations and action items resulting from Incident Investigations; PHAs; and PSM compliance audits through Essential Task Manager™ against due dates to ensure zero overdue action items.• Provide monthly KPI reports to Senior Management Leadership Team.• Provide PSM training to other department personnel and ensure that the PSM training is fit for purpose and effective.• Assist with development of internal process safety standards and any associated training program for operating and maintenance staff to ensure PSM practices become integrated.
