WORK HISTORY
Undergraduate Researcher Joseph Group @Princeton Cbe
Princeton, NJ, US
Computationally modeling single and multicomponent polymer systems to investigate the kinetics and thermodynamics of biomolecular condensate formation. Particularly interested in spatiotemporal behavior of condensatses and their underlying phase transitions. Long term goals include predicting accurate energy landscapes for biopolymers prone to aggregation and defining how condensate phase transitions are affected by sequence mutation and environmental conditions (e.g. the presence of RNA and small molecules).Advised by Jerelle Joseph (Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering)
