Mike Klinker is General Counsel at Standard Process, Inc. Prior to that he was a corporate and transactional attorney in private practice. As one of the authors of the original Wisconsin\'s Limited Liability Company Statute, he has become expert in matters involving the creation, operation and termination of business partnerships. Mr. Klinker has testified as an expert witness on matters of Wisconsin contract law in an unfair competition case in South Africa, and has been contributing author to “Contract law in Wisconsin”.
