About Michael Kjar
Twenty years ago I had a dream to run cross country in college and be a sponsored snowboarder. Three years later I managed to walk on to the SUU track and cross country team and break my neck snowboarding. One out of two isn’t bad.Sixteen years ago Pfizer Pharmaceuticals sent me a letter informing me that I would not be invited back for a second interview nor be allowed to interview for another year. A year later I was working for Pfizer. I tell you this to illustrate my commitment to success. I have six years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience and twenty years of leadership experience in the Army National Guard. My wife still wonders why I traded my company car and incentive trips for a 4:00 a.m. commute and weeks of paid vacation in the desert. My reply is I always love a challenge, which is why we have 5 beautiful children.I’ve successfully managed a multi-state sales territory, negotiated million dollar health care contracts, planned military training in Azerbaijan, and managed a team of over 100 members.
