As Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Support, I lead strategic initiatives to strengthen our enterprise risk posture through scalable processes, cross-functional collaboration, and system optimization. My role encompasses management of the eGRC platform, alignment with company initiatives, and management of vendor compliance and contractual obligations.Key Achievements & Responsibilities:• Enterprise-Wide eGRC Transformation: Managed vendor through the migration from Archer to Protecht, completing the project over a month ahead of schedule and reducing implementation and support costs by more than $50K through streamlining data migration.• Regulatory Issue Reduction: Achieved a 60%+ reduction in NCUA ONEs issues, significantly improving audit readiness and risk visibility across the organization.• Process Innovation: For NCUA ONEs program I introduced and embedded change management practices into scripting workflows and launched an ET Exception Approval Program, enhancing governance and operational efficiency.• Risk & Compliance Framework Integration: Incorporated critical processes such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), and Compliance Regulatory Assessments to centralize data across the enterprise, providing greater visibility into process health and risk exposure.• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, ensuring product and process requests align with enterprise risk objectives.• Program Oversight & Talent Development: Drive roadmap planning and reporting for the GRC platform and NCUA ONEs program while mentoring and developing analyst-level talent.• Platform Optimization: Restructured key eGRC processes to increase adoption, improve efficiency, and deliver actionable insights for leadership.
