Michael is a senior M&A professional with more than 25 years of experience structuring and executing complex international transactions across energy, renewables, infrastructure and other capital-intensive industries. His profile combines long-term corporate M&A leadership with a solid investment banking background, allowing him to operate confidently at the intersection of strategy, finance and execution.Over the course of his career, Michael has led and delivered transactions with an aggregate volume exceeding €2.5bn, including buy- and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, public takeovers, carve-outs and strategic partnerships. He has worked across multiple European markets and regularly advises senior management and boards in highly regulated environments and under significant stakeholder pressure.For more than 16 years, Michael has been responsible for international M&A and strategic projects within a large listed energy group, with a strong focus on power generation, renewables, hydrogen, batteries and infrastructure-related assets.
