The grounds are 14 acres and consists of 33 garden style buildings that feature some luxury amenities. Some amenities on the property are a new gym, grills, outdoor playground, tree room, dog run area, and covered parking. My team create, plans, and executes resident/marketing events to create a positive sense of community. I have personally bought three homes and made improvements on them to increase the value. When I sold my first home, the improvements increased the value by more than double! I can help you find the right home to buy and I am able to complete the updates that you need as well.Sellers: When selling a home, there are many aspects to manage. I have had personal experience with selling my home and I know what to do. When my home was on the market, it went under agreement in the first week. My experience working with clients has helped my people skills be more in tune with what a buying client may like. I have an eye for how to set your home up for potential buyers.
