As a dedicated leader in education and student wellness, I bring over two decades of experience in advancing social-emotional learning, mental health, and inclusive practices within TK-12 education systems. I currently serve as the Director of Social and Emotional Support for Laguna Beach Unified School District, where I oversee programs that foster student engagement, wellness, and belonging. My expertise includes building multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), implementing evidence-based mental health initiatives, and collaborating with educators, families, and community partners to create optimal conditions for learning.In addition to my leadership role, I serve on the Board of Directors of Challenge Success, advocating for policies and practices that promote student wellness, engagement, belonging. I am passionate about supporting students and adults to be their best selves through education, innovation, and collaboration.
