ABOUT MICHAEL KELL
Michael is a qualified executive coach and mentor. He has hundreds of hours experience working with with clients, including the UK Cabinet Office, the IMF, the BBC, FTI Consulting, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Octopus Energy, and Pinsent Masons LLP. Michael draws on his coaching training, 20 years of emotionally intelligent leadership of teams of 3 to 100 analyst professionals, and 35 years experience of using analysis and evidence to engage and influence Ministers, Parliamentarians, Board level executives and the media. As a leader in economics and evaluation, he worked at senior levels at International Monetary Fund, the UK National Audit Office, Deloitte, the Department for Communirties and Local Government, HM Treasury and the Institute for Fiscal Studies. He has also held various university teaching positions, and non-executive and advisory roles in the academic and charity sectors.
