I have over 17 years of experience working in sales in a couple different fields. Currently, I work as as Sales Counselor/Elite Coach with Fischer Homes. I\'m deeply passionate about creating loved and trusted relationships that help people navigate their journey to homeownership and achieve the best solution for their dream house while helping developing the new Sales Associates. Previously, I worked at Life Time as a Manager of Personal Training, connecting products and services to our customers by creating meaningful conversations to maximize results. I also helped lead a team of 15+ trainers accomplish the same results while assisting in growth plans for their own careers. Became proficient in analytical analysis to maximize team efficiency and profitability of our team. If you catch me outside of work, I\'m a Dad of two so I am at one of their games, practices or out playing with them!
