As the Director of Applications responsible for EDI development and operations, I direct a team of EDI Analysts, BSAs and multiple teams of developers focused on providing industry leading support and services to all of our customers. During my tenure, the company has experienced substantial growth organically and through acquisitions. With the billions of EDI transactions passing through our EDI gateway yearly, my teams maintain a focus on continuous improvement around every aspect of their work. This focus assures that the visibility and ability of our services and support stays aligned with our business and industry needs.Some of the solutions and areas of focus include- growth and agility focused eligibility systems built to handle exponential growth in eligibility transaction volume that service our PBM and outbound eligibility needs - self service and monitoring solutions around claims, encounters and eligibility that serve to maximize visibility and ability to respond to questions and research needs within the organization
