Michael Krohn is an experienced finance leader with 22 years of Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Audit, and SOX 302/404 experience in the high-tech space. Mr. Krohn uses his strong technical finance, operations, and systems experience to (1) migrate commercial and federal cloud billings to SAP, and (2) deliver compliant month-end close (revenue recognition, CAPEX, OPEX).Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Krohn served in several controllership roles where he was responsible for leading the month-end close, financial planning, and maintaining a strong control environment.
