ABOUT MICHAEL JOSHUA

I am a UK qualified lawyer with considerable experience in a wide range of real estate work. I have acted extensively on acquisitions and disposals of all types of property interests, on significant projects, investment and portfolio management matters, and on major lettings. Over my years I have built a network of businesses, private entrepreneurs and represented many well known names within the real estate sector acting for UK and non-UK based investors from the USA, Canada, Europe, Malaysia and the Middle East. I have worked in private practice and in-house at the City of London dealing with the City\'s vast property portfolio. I have trained junior lawyers, have nurtured talent and run training sessions for trainee lawyers as well as seminars for clients. I take great pride and satisfaction in offering exceptional client service, successful transactions and continuing to grow my personal and business network. Recent deals: Sale of 500 acres of agricultural farm land. Murco on the sale of its Milford Haven oil refinery in Wales to Puma Energy. Murco\'s £200m sale of retail business and 450 petrol stations to Motor Fuel Group.$1.7 billion sale and purchase of three UK airports. Financing deals, Westfield’s half share in Westfield Merry Hill in Birmingham, New Court Carey Street, De Vere Group’s £160m portfolio, Spirit and Punch pubs portfolios.
