I am a very client-oriented Oracle CC & B Solutions Architect. My guiding principals are that any CC & B implementation I work on should be what the end client wants, not what I want. CC & B should help the end clients do their job, not make it more difficult. When I leave a project my client should feel totally at ease with the system, know what the system can do, what the system cannot do and almost be happy to see me go as they should feel that everything they need to know, they know.CC & B is not a difficult system to implement if the people doing the implementation know what they are doing, which unfortunately is not always the case. This may sound terribly immodest but I am one of those people who does know what he is doing.If for some reason there is something I don\'t know I will find the answer as my connections are quite vast so in a relatively short period of time the client will have an answer.
