   Operations Manager in charge of day-to-day field and office operations, supervising Project Managers and technical staff at Pyramid Environmental, and providing technical expertise for all environmental projects. Consulting with Clients, I work to prepare work plans that are focused on client objectives, regulatory compliance, and assessment and remediation that support the eventual regulatory closure for each site. I regularly meet with clients to discuss and define the \"why\" of the regulations and determine the best way to meet client and equity partner requirements. I enjoy working with people to identify ways to solve the most challenging environmental issues, and have established a good working relationship with the regulatory community over many years.Over the past 39 years, I have enjoyed providing guidance and creative solutions for many environmental projects, resulting in regulatory closures for a wide range of environmental projects including Brownfields, IHSB, water line extensions, UST cleanups, industrial air-quality projects, surface spills, environmental compliance, SPCC, and REC program sites. I am an RSM in NC, and Pyramid is an REC Company which allows us to help clients seek regulatory closure within the REC risk-based closure program. I worked to shepherd a 27-acre IHSB site through the NC Brownfields regulatory process in 10 months, and am currently working with several clients to provide assessment and remediation for Brownfields redevelopment sites in NC.
