I’m currently the Technology and Architecture Director leading managers, engineers, and analysts (70+ people in my portion of the organization) focused on Event Management @ State Farm. My teams provide observability & resiliency solutions that directly impact the overall stability & availability of State Farm systems.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for managing a large IT budget (labor and non-labor). Providing enterprise tool direction to the organization across multiple platforms and technologies. This includes both on-premise (data center) solutions and public cloud.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for strategy, vision, and EPIC creation for event management IT workforce. This includes the creation and execution of road maps, organizational change plans, recruiting, procurement and HR activities.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for managing IT risk and compliance across a wide variety of technical capabilities. I’m currently the capability owner for Event Management at State Farm.\\\\n\\\\nInfluencing teams to modernize (product management adoption, investing in automation, innovation and Infrastructure as Code).\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
