About Michael Johnson

I am a PMP professional who has worked on large domestic and international projects ($150 million to multi-billion dollar)in different capacities. I have had the opportunity to develop an understanding of the cost control and planning disciplines and practices. I have been responsible for all aspects of cost control and planning and I have been instrumental in developing procedures for cost control and reporting on various projects.I quickly learn the project systems used (SAP, Skire, Primavera and EPMS) and the methods to accurately report the status of a project. I have demonstrated the knowledge necessary to become a PS module focal point in SAP for the project team and I was the main point of contact for Skire on the Australia Pacific LNG project.I am able to adapt quickly to changing situations and have demonstrated leadership qualities in my personal and professional life.
