I am a Business Leader with more than 18 years’ experience in full life cycle end-to-end project implementations. My strong leadership and background in business process design, system integration, training, and post-implementation support add to the success of my projects ensuring they are always on-time and on-budget. I am experienced in compiling business requirements and translating then into integrated systems and architectural solutions making certain my clients are maximizing their investment.I work extensively with existing clients to ensure optimal use of financial systems as business needs change, and develop road-maps for new products that can complement their current configuration. As a subject matter expert I specialize in strategic initiatives that bring additional functionality to our customer such as evaluating new products and making recommendations on how these new applications may be enhanced. I have architected custom solutions and interfaces to Lawson and other 3rd party systems enabling streamlined operations.As an integral part of the sales process for professional services, I am often asked to bring my domain knowledge to the conversation to make prospects feel comfortable. I assist sales with responses to RFP’s and scoping of projects with detail tasks and timelines resulting in a Statement of Work.
