About Michael Johnson

I have worked in supervisory and management team positions for over 20 years. During that time, I have expanded my roles into coaching and development, performance management, security enhancement, interview preparation, and hiring, along with the essential parts of enthusiastically leading people at multiple stages of their career and development. During my time as a Operations Supervisor, I established numerous compliance projects. One of the most significant was a fee-waive change that saved the company over per month. I have also worked closely with my employees and helped 9 move on to better jobs in the company. I have also worked with leaders across the company to further build the department and create new ways to grow and expand the skills of the employees. During this time, I also led a high performance team to find new ways to lead the department through change and help them with individual issues through change management and coaching. I supervised and led several training sessions. I have also sponsored 4 new hire classes, doing the job descriptions, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding for all 4. I have also honed my skills in Lean by receiving my Yellow Belt along with taking classes to coach people to Yellow Belt status, lead individuals with JDI completion, and learned Process Mapping. I have also worked as a restaurant manager in charge of all aspects of running the business, including P&L reporting, scheduling, payroll, staffing, recruiting, hiring, training, along with people development and retention.
