As a dedicated Product Solutions Engineer at OrderMyGear (OMG), I specialize in maintaining an in-depth understanding of our product features, technical configurations, and updates to provide expert-level guidance to both clients and internal support teams. My role involves delivering advanced technical support, where I tackle complex challenges such as IP address restrictions, API integrations, SAML and SSO setups, and punch-outs.I am deeply involved in technical problem-solving, applying my advanced skills to diagnose and resolve intricate issues as they arise. Collaboration is key in my role, and I lead weekly meetings with the Engineering and Product teams to prioritize issues, stay informed on current developments, and share insights from a Support perspective, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and teamwork.In my free time, I enjoy challenging myself through various activities. I\'m an avid skater and fitness enthusiast, always pushing to hit new personal records and mentoring others on fitness routines. I’m also passionate about paddleboarding and swimming, with a new hobby in wakeboarding, which I aim to master within the next year. I\'m motivated by the pursuit of goals—both my own and those I help others achieve.
