I have over 15 years experience in providing both personal tax advisory and compliance services to a range of personal tax client, owner managed business owners and high net worth individuals across a range of sectors with a specific interest in assisting tech and high growth companies.My passion is building strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively with their advisers to deliver solution lead and commercially driven outcomes to help them achieve their objectives throughout the business cycle. My main areas of expertise are broadly as follows- Pre and post-transaction based Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax planning by reviewing and advising on ownership structures eg advising on family MBOs, MVLs, Trust and FIC planning- Shareholder tax planning to maximise CGT reliefs (i.e. Business Asset Disposal Relief, Investors Relief, EIS/SEIS), including restructuring, extraction, exit and succession planning; and - Property taxes across the lifecycle eg LBTT/ SDLT, CGT and income tax risks.
