Legal Counsel | FTI Consulting LLPAs a key member of the EMEA legal team, I provide strategic legal support across FTI Consulting’s five business segments - Strategic Communications, Technology, Forensic & Litigation Consulting, Economic & Financial Consulting, and Corporate Finance. My role includes:• Specializing in technology, AI implementation, and policy, with focuses in analytics-powered solutions driven by investigations, litigation, antitrust and competition, M&A, restructuring and compliance and risk.• Advising on complex corporate finance, M&A, and restructuring transactions.• Ensuring compliance with local and EU-wide financial services regulations, including AI governance and data protection.• Collaborating with HR and operations to implement regulatory-compliant processes across EMEA, aligning with global initiatives.• Managing external counsel on commercial and contentious matters.• Negotiating high-value client contracts, including MSAs, RFPs, engagement letters, SOWs, and DPAs, particularly in technology services.• Providing counsel on data protection, intellectual property, and employment matters.• Structuring and negotiating affiliate, supply, vendor, and sponsorship agreements.• Supporting multi-jurisdictional debt recovery efforts involving distressed assets.I work closely with senior stakeholders to navigate legal risks, drive commercial success, and support the firm’s strategic objectives, particularly in the technology and AI sectors.
