ABOUT MICHAEL JALOUGA

As Instructor of Learning and Development with over 15 years of experience in leadership of instructional design and creating training curriculums, I have found my successes as a result of my analytical and problem-solving skills. I specialize in networking technologies, project management and LMS development in the technology field on the global level. I have a deep understanding of testing development, standard operating procedures and performance evaluations. I am known for being an esteemed people manager, motivating others and an expert in requirements gathering, client interactions, business methodology and assessment of both internal and external user and business needs. During my tenure at Life Fitness Corporation, I worked my way up from a Customer Technical Support Service Agent to the Instructor of Learning and Development, as a result of repeatedly taking the initiative to improve day-to-day functions. I am currently accountable for the design, development and delivery of training programs at all levels of the organization. Here are a few examples of how I’ve delivered results: • Decreasing out-of-box failures below 4% through successful design and implementation of the Delivery and Installation Performance Improvement Initiative throughout the Americas. • Successfully leading the Global U.S. Military Account Technical Training Strategy, executing blended learning methods and an efficient knowledge delivery vehicle with on-site facilitation for 20+ United States Military bases. • Engineering and implementing several key account compliance certification programs to locations throughout the Americas and the Caribbean outlining technical documentation and handbook designs for 50+ field service professionals and 325 active independent individuals. • Increasing learning impact growth by 28% when designing and delivering numerous National Tech Support Contact Center Technical Trainings and processed multiple training events and developed a team of 45+ agents.
